I have completed numerous historic surveys in many different states. This is from the Hough Neighborhood, which is now preserved with a zoning overlay addressing historic massing and design issues. My first district was the Mill District of Fountain Inn, South Carolina. I have also managed and reviewed rehabilitation projects for the Pacific Northwest's oldest neighborhood - Officer's Row.
